OPP Tape Coating Machine

1. The oven adopts high efficiency centrifugal fan, equipped with airflow rectifier device, the drying uniformity of material surface coating and drying efficiency are much higher, muti-section temperature control system can make sure the temperature of each oven according process required.

2. Tension segment control, using frequency conversion speed control system, vector frequency control is adopted for rewinding and unwinding part. Rewinding tension can be set multiple, the multi-point synchronization controller controls the synchronization of the machine running.

3. Adopt electronic deviation corrector to make sure the finished product with neat edge.

4. Equip with connecting film system for rewinding and unwinding parts, with non stop paper connection and high production.

5. There are variety of coating head for choosing according to different process requirements of products.

Function introduction:

1. Unwinder: Release the BOPP blank film, automatic pick up new roll of blank film.

2. Coater: coat glue on the blank film, coating method use mayer bar coater or comma roller coater.

3. Drying ovens: Drying the materials, hot air system, the heat source is provided by the user Steam boiler, Hot blast stove, 

Heat transfer oil boiler, electric one of them. The length of the oven is determined by the maximum capacity required by the user.

4. Cooling roller unit: The raw material after high temperature drying can be cooled rapidly.

5. Rewinder: rewinding the material into a roll, got the BOPP adhesive tape jumbo roll.
