Working principle of Three Shafts Tape Cutting Machine

1. Material fixation: First, the tape material to be cut is fixed on the feeding device of the machine to ensure that the tape does not move during the cutting process.

2. Length setting: The operator can set the required cutting length according to the needs. This is usually set through the control panel of the machine, allowing the user to enter the precise cutting parameters.

3. Dynamic or static cutting:

Static cutting: When the set length is reached, the machine will stop running and then cut. Restart after completion.

Dynamic cutting: During the movement of the material, when the set length is reached, the machine will send a signal to cut without stopping the movement of the material. This method improves production efficiency.
