The slitting machine consists of an unwinding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a rewinding mechanism, various functional rollers, and a tension control and correction control and detection device; its working principle is: the metallized film raw material released from the unwinding mechanism passes through the flattening roller, the tension detection roller, the enabling roller, the correction system, and enters the cutting mechanism. After the raw materials are slit, they are rewound into film rolls that meet the standards by the rewinding mechanism.
1. Roll cutting: The whole roll of wide-width coil is cut into multiple rolls of narrow-size coils through a high-speed circular knife. This slitting method is mostly used in the tape production industry.
2. Roll division: The large-diameter roll material is cut into multiple rolls and small-diameter roll materials according to the requirements of the winding length and width specifications. This slitting method is mostly used in the film substrate and flexible packaging color printing industry.
3. Edge trimming: A variety of materials are compounded to form technical edge materials. After cutting off the technical edge materials reserved in the process, products that meet technical requirements are obtained. This slitting method is mostly used in the processing of composite films and other materials.
